Pokemon? Not so much, I've never seen a Pikachu drawn with mushroom caps on his ears, just a fur pattern. They must have turned safesearch off when looking for inspiration.

Interesting. I guess it looks like genitalia if you have two micropenises attached to a giant fleshy disc. No judgment! I looked at the picture first and didn't see anything unusual.
