Should be declared either a historical or heritage site depending on local codes.

I have never heard of them before but it looks like I need to make a donation to the Gill Foundation.

It's a NRHP, NYC Landmark, and a National Monument as part of the National Park Service.

Please stop saying "quarter million". You're anchoring the amount to a million, but it's so far away that it doesn't make sense to even mention.

If I say "half million" I anchor to a number which is the same distance away as is zero. And "quarter" is that bad squared. It's not helpful.
