Treason.

The more that comes out, the harder it will be for GOP Senators to defend him, especially vulnerable ones.

They're going to have to send a delegation to the WH once the hearings start.

any US citizen not now DEMANDING trump's immediate resignation (followed by prosecution) isn't an actual american.

the people standing on this soil still supporting trump are traitors. just like him. they've had plenty of time -and mountains of evidence- to "change their minds." they don't WANT to "change their minds" about trump.

In this circumstance what would be the honorable thing to do?

If we had a leader who had a working brain we woulda responded in kind by now. Those Russian troops in Syria could have bounties placed upon them. Thats not honorable one damn bit. But its what we should be doing.

Nah.  The White House will offer a scapegoat like Pompeo or someone from the NSC, claim nobody told Trump, and the GOP will accept that and move on.

also, female people can spit on a grave without making ourselves extra vulnerable to assault, not the same can be said for some other verbs we could indulge in there.

I love how WaPo has been slowly publishing more and more damning aspects of this, just after tons of WH staff and GOP folks try to minimize it or deflect.

At some point their answers will either be ones that are considered aiding and abetting, or they will have to throw him to the wolves to save their own pathetic asses.

In the past few days there seems to be some growing "inside the beltway" talk of Trump either dropping out of running for reelection in 2020, and/or resigning from office.

I don't know if this is wishful thinking on the GOP's/RNC's part hoping to save down ballot races, and/or the growing Russian bounty story is "the one" that finally presents very real danger and consequences for the republican party.

2020-06-28 9:31:00 PM
What do you have to say about the Russians paying bounties to have American soldiers killed, and what do you think about Trump knowing about it and simply sitting on this information?

I'm against the death penalty, except in cases of treason like this where American citizens are harmed or killed. Part of me thinks, "Hey, execution would be getting off easy; jail would be appropriate." And then I realize how much it would terrify him and anyone else sentenced along with him (a la Nuremburg), and I'm okay with it.

If he is tried and executed, I think hanging would be the way to go. Also, air that shiat during primetime. He needs to be made an example of.

Such a treasonous frothing slug that thing is.

Anyone still supporting it after having American soldiers killed by Russians is just as much a traitor.

And don't say the Russians didn't kill anyone. They paid for a hit, so just like the mob boss, they are just as guilty.

What disgusting thing let them get away with that?

The giant frothing slug of disease and hatred, that's what.

Sorry, but you have some of those backwards.

Seppaku is the crossword puzzle where the numbers line up

Sudoku is when you kill yourself with a sword, as in "commit sudoku."

Harry Carey (check your spelling mate) was the announcer for the Cubs and was definitely broadcast in Japan. Don't know how you messed that up.
