Pardoned or given the Epstein suite?

Trump should just pardon him and get it over with. It's not going to make his base turn on him. Nancy Pelosi isn't going to impeach him over it, even though corruptive pardons are literally the textbook example of justified impeachment written about in the Federalist papers. Just scratch that itch already. There's no consequences for it.

Stone might not be happy that Trump let him sweat it out this long.  After he is pardoned, there is no reason to stay loyal to Trump.  No reason to not help State prosecutors.

1) Trump does not really trust anyone to be loyal to him
2) Trump never likes to give up leverage
3) If he starts pardoning people now - it will look like he's on his way out (which he is)

What are you talking about?  Stone built his BRAND on being a loyal scumbag.  If he turns on Trump, no fellow scumbags would ever hire him again!

Except Stone is loyal GOP toad to the end.  He'll lick his warts and bide his time until a new master comes along.

.@TheJusticeDept cited #COVID19 as a reason that Roger Stone shouldn't have to report to begin his sentence, and guidance has been adopted generally. But the same agency is appealing the order to let asylum seeking families with children as young as 6 months old out for the same.

I'm more concerned about what loud shiny object he'll throw out the day before as cover for the pardon.
Sarah Kendzior has nailed this dude from day one. The move is: ''Cover up crime with scandals, cover up malice with incompetence''

FnkyTwn: Trump can't pardon him at this point. He's not going to waste political capital on that shiat, not heading into an election where's he's already severely behind in the polls in states he thought he could count on. He certainly wants to pardon Stone, but his advisors will constantly remind him how bad it is. He'll get pardoned at the end of his term as he's walking out the door, and then Biden will revoke it.

I could also see a scenario where he decides that his advisors don't know sh*t, which is why he's down so far in the polls (because it can't possibly be his own fault) and just doing whatever he wants. I think there's a pretty good chance that he's about to get more dangerous, not less. I hope I'm wrong on that one for the good of the country.

Please detail what mechanism allows a President to revoke a pardon.

Why would they hire him?
He got caught.

So did Oliver North. What's your point?

Wut? Care to cite any authority to revoke a pardon?

You're correct.

I stupidly forgot Republicans are stupid. Shame on me.

Accepting a pardon is not an admission of guilt.

It is.  Why it is refused in some instances.

mrmopar5287: Joe Biden might be so addled by dementia that he genuinely believes he can un-pardon someone. However, no matter how frothing-at-the-mouth serious a case of TDS anyone surrounding him has, there is no way they could convince any White House lawyer that's is possible.

Keep breathlessly pushing Republican President Donald Trump's flaccid attempts at labeling Joe Biden as mentally unfit, even as Trump waddles the earth in confused rage all day.

Doesn't make you look six kinds of f*cking stupid, I promise.

"Looks like antifa murdered Roger Stone in police custody last night!" shouted the President of the United States, over the roar of the helicopter in the background. "Sad!"
