too late
you are the party of traitors
might as well stay up at night carving swastikas in your foreheads at this point.

you have actively engaged in sexism, homophobia, racism, misinformation.
you are lying, deceitful, hatemongers, and represent not the people, but every thing the people require for freedom.

you deserve to be mocked
you deserve derision
you have used up your fifteen minutes

crawl off and become extinct
it is time for a revitalization of this nation and only the same source of energy will bring that forward, the same force that did before:

Maybe, just maybe, those that reveled in the hate initially have come to realize that it hasn't made them feel better, that it hasn't made things better, that it's all getting worse. Just maybe.

Nah.

And FTFY again.  The racism is the point, it's what they've run on for decades and 43% of America loves them for it.

Cry moar.

This is not surprising.  None of it.  And your faux dismay is further evidence the GOP has no credibility at all.

The GOP thought they could control him and that he would deliver for them (judges, SCOTUS justices, Tax Cuts, gutting regulations to help the wealthy, other things that help the wealthy, more wealthy stuff for the wealthy, socialism for the wealthy). The Pandemic and Depression are showing them they cannot control him. They have been in denial for some time but it is starting to hit home.

Note to the GOP: When you take away everything from the people, they have nothing left to lose and everything to gain from overthrowing the system. Your arrogance and greed could very well see you lined up and shot.

FTFA: Graham added: "I just think sort of the cultural wars, the Democrats are on the wrong side of that. But at the end of the day, I think a little more message discipline would help."

Lady G is panicking.

President Donald Trump is doubling down on a strategy he believes worked to his advantage four years ago: seizing on divisive culture wars and using race-baiting rhetoric as he seeks to fire up his base to give him a second term in office. His GOP allies on Capitol Hill are looking on with alarm.

Uncertain how to respond to a President who has long favored incendiary remarks and targets any Republican who shows even the slightest signs of disloyalty, many in his party are aghast as Trump's poll numbers plummet

So keep in mind that their problem with his racism is that it's turning off voters. The racism itself is fine, even correct: Graham added: "I just think sort of the cultural wars, the Democrats are on the wrong side of that.

Sorry, GOP.  This is the end result of a half-century of you embracing white identity politics, and committing treason to get most of your presidents elected.

You own this mess.  You deserve to politically drown in the cesspool you created!

They're just pissed that he stopped with the dogwhistles. Notice they have no issue with the rhetoric, they just wish it was toned down to lie and convince independents that Republicans aren't complete and total pieces of sh*t.

It's not that they dislike the hate, the bigotry, the homophobia, the racism, and the misogyny... they're just mad that it's costing them votes. That sort of tells you all you need to know about them.

I love all of these stories about GOP clowns worried about Trump's campaign.  As if he suddenly swerved off the road.

He declared for re-election on the day of his inauguration and began campaigning right away.  The campaign has been in place for 4 years, geniuses.

If you're going to politicize science and medicine, the smart-psychopathic thing to do is to convince your enemies to abandon science and medicine.

The GOP is fulla dumb-psychopaths. They convinced their own side to routinely ignore science. Now you have macho Texas men being sent to children's wards because the regular ICUs are full. No amount of propaganda can wash that experience out of someone's mind.

From time out of mind, the Republicans have sewn hatred among the dumbos as the key to getting toadies elected who would siphon more of the nation's wealth to the already wealthy.

That's all there is to it. Trump embarrasses them partly because he appears psychotic but mostly because he wanted such a big cut for himself. He didn't want backhanders in his retirement. He wanted it now.

Remember: the GOP doesn't have a problem with what Trump does or says. They have a problem with it affecting their poll numbers. Trump still has a 95%+ approval rating in the GOP. Trump is who they are.

Exactly, they have been gleefully making this bed since Reagan. No amount of superficial hand-wringing now is going to change that.

You act like the racism, the know-nothingism, and the outright theft of everything nailed down and handed to the 1% is somehow new.  It has been standard GOP procedure since the Southern Strategy (demanding the 1% get everything dates back to at least Coolidge, with a brief break with Ike when they couldn't get away with it).

While there are plenty of racist gen xers, millennials and zoomers, I have faith that things do get marginally better each generation.

My parents are 70 years old and grew up in segregated schools.  My father actaully remembers the first time he ever saw a black person, because black people were not allowed in his part of town as a kid.

Most of what he learned about black people came from his father, who during the last days of his life con graduated my brother for getting engaged, and then started complaining about all the latino criminals, using racial slurs, completely unaware that my brother was marrying a latin girl, and would die before ever meeting her and never learning he now has latino descendants.

I grew up with kids from all kinds of racial backgrounds.  I had black, Latina, and Asian school teachers.  I am not perfect and I have had some of the racist poison in my mind, but I was always able to think of minorities who I knew who were not violent, stupid or criminal until I eventually learned that was the standard and not the rule.

My kid does not hear the racist stuff I did.  He has never seen a racist Bugs Bunny cartoon, or heard me talk about "the damned blacks."   He has even more racially diverse friendships at school than I did.  His superheroes and favorite youtube celebs are diverse.  His kids will probably have an even more tolerant environment than him.

Well I am sure in two years they will have Trumpers rebranded into something else, like how before they were the tea party and they will still be screaming about how the libruls ruined the country and ignore the Trump years or maybe just try to rehab his reputation like they did with Nixon in the late 80s. Maybe when they are trying to get half scoop to run for POTUS, unless he is locked up.

In your collective hubris, you flew too close to the burning sun.
You believed you could control the outcome.
You were, and remain wrong.
The wax is melting.
Your wings no longer function as you had expected.
And you plunge, by your own device, into the depths.
Broken beyond repair.  Swallowed in the abyss.  Lost to history save as an object lesson.
And nothing of value is lost.
