Foster with nice diving save and then has to pop back up and slap the ball away from Carroll.

Arsenal on the board. Nketiah takes advantage of a McCarthy error to tap it in.

News:

- Citeh v Liverpool will not be moved to a neutral site. It will happen at the Eithad.

- A few players haven't agreed to expand their contacts past June 30 and will leave their clubs then. Clyne will leave Liverpool and there's a few others, but I can't find a full list anywhere.

- Non-PL - the 2023 Women's World Cup has been awarded to Australia and New Zealand. Auckland will host the opening match in July, Sydney will host the final in August.

The Southampton keeper tried to play the ball out and hit it right at Eddie Nketiah, bouncing off his legs and Nketiah chased the ball down and tapped it in to the empty net

That explains everything.

Just after I posted that, the PL came out with a list. Any name listed with "contract extension" means they're staying to the end of the season. Otherwise, they're leaving after the 30th.

I saw that announcement about the Women's World Cup. So it's either reallly late nights/early mornings to watch live matches or avoid the internet to watch tape delayed.

they lied and said there's no fake noise on the internet broadcast

but I'm probably not watching the correct internet broadcast, just the TV broadcast via the internet

Liverpool could be the earliest winner, with games to go, and latest winner, w/r/t date of the year, in top flight history.

For some reason, they can't do the un-noisy feed for this match

Sky have two games on at the same time this evening, so they don't have the spare channel space to run them both without the crowd sound too.

I watch a bunch of cricket from Australia, it's not that bad, but matches usually start at 10.00 AM local which is 1700 where I am.

Not good weather for sport, it's been sitting around 32c all day down here, and the humidity is crappy too.

2020-06-25 3:15:45 PM
I'm watching a Liverpool fan channel doing a live commentary on this Citeh match in case the title is clinched and they're all like "if the job is done tonight, great. If we have to do it at Citeh, great."

Frankly, if there was no pandemic and no stoppage in the season; I would've wanted Liverpool to take it at home, in Anfield. But with no fans, let's just get it done. So come on Chelsea.

City in one of their crappy away kits.

Gunners are back, babby

God that's an ugly Citeh kit.

But good for Australia and NZ getting the WWC. They did a great job with COVID and deserve the recognition, even if it is easier to lock down island nations.

Afternoon all. I missed the first two games, remembered this one just in time.

Deathbymeteor: God that's an ugly Citeh kit.

Yes it is. Even worse than Utd's "we washed the red shirts and the white shirts together" kit

Le Sux is still annoying me with closed caption.

The Pink Devils kit? Yeah, that's not as bad as this Tequila Sunrise, but close.

Oh, one other bit of news: TNT has opted out of their UEFA deal effective immediately. There's currently no US TV source for the Champion's League and Europa League for their restart or for next season.

Well hell, now where am I looking for streams of it if the Canadian license stays on DAZN or Sportsnet World.

Guess it'll be SuperSport viewing then.

I'm hoping NBC would pick it up, as long as they move of the flash support.
Even Fox wouldn't bother me to much.

They're going to have to eventually. Support ends at the end of this year.

Considering Fox just laid off some of their soccer production team, you can forget Fox getting it.
