brilliant. i can't think of anything else you could top with cheese, pickles, sauces, tomato, lettuce and onion and have it taste good.

Similar to a hamburgdog they have at a restaurant around here, although for that they split the hot dog and put it on the bun with the party. (And similar to what I've had at every BBQ I've been to since I was a kid).

Man, I always forget to patent really stupid, simple things that there's no reason to have exist as a product. Then people somehow make money with these stupid ideas.

That was my reaction as well, so I wondered what it was doing in the Food tab,

I had to check the Urban Dictionary to see if I was mis-remembering...nope.
