I am not going to blame submitter on this one. Fark links take forever to post. 12 hours for not news is about standard. Going over that in submittal to post is easy to see.

They can. Depends.

I've submitted links that have taken 2 days. Or links that have taken 10 minutes. On average, I'd say 2 hours is about average. A lot has to do with the day, and time of day you post.

Without exception--in my personal experience--the best time to submit is 6am-7am central time on weekdays. You usually see rapid turnaround time then.

But whatever. Whatever method Fark uses to submit links I've found generally acceptable. Of course, when they reject a link that I think they should accept, I'm a little upset. But I trust that they know what they're doing. And I just let it go. :-)

The IIS is almost microscopic when it passes in front of the Moon. And it shoots by in like 2 secs. Good luck.

I'm in a part of the world where it wasn't visible. I still can't see it. Does that mean it still might be not happening here?

Has anyone lambasted Subby yet for posting today about something that happened yesterday?

Some FE types where telling me the ISS isn't real (because space isn't real) and it is all a studio.  I pointed out they could buy a telescope (starting at $20 LOL), and see for themselves with their own eyeballs (the location at any given time is public knowledge).  Yet that was lost on them.  They will in no way, shape, or form put their views up to experimentation/testing.  Despite having the ability to confirm or deny this, they're more than happy to tell me I'm being fooled anyhow.

I have worked ISS since '96. That would be one hell of a con job. I am getting angry at all the paperwork I have pushed for something fake.

/thank god I am already drinking
