"DC continues to be committed to providing the Direct Market with best in class service and the fans with the world's greatest comic books."

They're getting bought by Marvel?

AT&T owns Warner Bros Global Brands1 which owns "DC Entertainment"

1Which is oddly, mostly a resort and theme park company with a 'consumer product' division that makes collectibles, toys and other crap based on WB and DC licensing.

Diamond had a stranglehold on the industry. Glad this happened.

It's hard to know about the inside POV for industries.
But Diamond Comics distributor is pure evil.
Places like that are the demise of any small business importunity and they explicit hold policies that favor larger conglomeration business, and either punish or outright lock out any comic shop they deem 'too small"

So good and the world will be improved when it and all that uphold just blow away as dust o be forgotten.
