The Hyborian Age, and Conan. Farb, obviously. Because I could have a Cool Sword and no one could tell me with authority that it was inauthentic.

Also, because I totally resemble Conan, physically.

I did a little silly war reenactment, but standing around in the Virginia summer heat in wool wasn't my idea of fun.

Did some Soviet Airborne "reenactment", which was more running around the woods of Quantico or Ft Meade with an AK and playing OpFor for field exercises. THAT was fun. Got to spank some guard units, and get spanked by some (reserve) Special Forces. The booby traps those guys lay were mean.

/Tripping an arty simulator at 2 am in the woods isn't fun

I was hiking, and the topic with the group at the shelter turned to starting fires. Mostly old guys posturing about how woodsy they are...  This young lady pipes up "I'm a professional fire starter."  She has our attention.

She worked in one of those Colonial village replica towns, and was the one who sat by the fireside teaching guests about Colonial cooking.  Her job every morning began with starting the fire.

So, I think the only correct answer to this thread is Fire Starter.

I'd be President Ocasio-Cortez's VP.
