That ruling was probably Inevitable, but I imagine it will be intolerable for the interlopers...

If you mean incredibly bad. Try it with just ketchup and mustard on a roll, it isn't even close.

Why is the bun green?  I get the vegetables, but why is the bun green?  It looks like someone left it in the fridge too long.

Vegans tend to not mind adding more vegetables.
However this looks to you is how a Turducken looks to them.
