No, don't do this. It's a waste of a harvest. Learn patience.

Trim and halve Brussels, toss with a drizzle of EVOO, salt and pepper, air fry at around 425-450, finish with some parmagiano and a drizzle of balsamic/glaze

I'm told chicken wings are the bomb-diggity in an air fryer.

Similar method to above works with broccoli or cauliflower. Also wrap a few asparagus spears in bacon.

Salt and pepper chicken wings. Air fry, then toss them in a hot sauce and/or bbg sauce+melted butter blend.

Take 6 chicken thighs, dust with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and some cayenne if you're feeling frisky.

And then put it into a 400 degree oven to cook like a normal person and not some goddamned moron.

Toasted fried air seems like a non-nutritious, tasteless, not at all filling waste of money.
Just stick with tofu.

You can make the yeasted donuts from king arthur flour and air fry them. They come out really good when tossed with just a bit of coconut oil and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.

If you're making me use a gadget, I probably would choose a slow cooker over an air fry toaster oven to cook racoon.

The air fryer seems like a pretty fun thing to pick up.  yeah its the trendy cooking product, but a lot of the videos seem to make it look pretty useful, kind of like when foreman grills came out 25 years ago; an easy way to cook a lot of things with minimal oil use & without having to fire up an oven.

I still use a foreman grill occasionally in the winter to quick cook chicken when the outside grilling isn't any..fun in the 0 degree weather.   Wrap it in aluminum foil, spray the foil with some pam & put some spices on the chicken.

My only thing with the air fryer is having limited space in and around my kitchen for another cooking device.

Maybe I gave up too early, but nothing I made in it impressed me. It wasn't worth the time or extra cleaning. At best I thought it was "alright."

Not to yuck anyone's yum, but I don't like mine and haven't used it in months. At least for the food I like to cook.

But the dried fruit posted above looks intriguing.

If you already have a toaster oven, then your best bet is just to get a new one with convection, which sounds like what subby has.  That's all "air frying" is essentially.  It's not a deep frying replacement by any means, but it does well in certain applications.

And you need to get a young one, the old raccoons are tough*.  Although slow cooking in a stew might work.

Ya done farked up, son. You went and bought a a farking hoopdy toaster oven, not a dedicated air fryer.
Seriously, there is a bit of a difference. The toaster oven is a little more versatile, but also more limited.
Example #1: bacon. An air fryer cooks bacon the best that I have ever seen. Do that in your toaster oven, and good luck cleaning it...

What you have is good at chicken: buy a cornish game hen, thaw, quarter, S&P (or whatever), and enjoy shortly.
Reheats pizza like a champ. Seriously, 5-6 minutes = fresh out of the oven.
Zucchini sticks (any veggie really). Egg batter/flour, bread crumbs/seasoning... roasty toasty.
The best "fish sticks" you have ever had, I just used cod and "battered" it lightly as above. Fringe benefit, leftovers won't get soggy in the fridge.

You can do a lot with what you have, but next time get a real air fryer and let the oven be an oven. ;)

Do you like vegetables? Air fryers are great for things like asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, corn on the cob, string beans, and others. Spray some oil on them, or use some butter. And then salt, pepper, whatever seasoning you like on them. Cook at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes, more or less. I don't know about your model but mine is smaller so the cooking times may vary.

Also I buy these delicious frozen egg rolls from the Dollar Store and cook two of them at a time. Also 400 degrees and about 10 minutes.
