Well, thanks to the dump administration i have say maybe the fbi is in the wrong.  The administration is saying the fbi is the deep state.  The fbi can't be both enforcing the law and persecuting the dump administration.  Welcome to the lawlessness of Republican leadership where laws don't matter and charges are all made up.

If you read up on Wyatt Earp, he was pretty much a straight up murderer.

And though we remember him now as some larger than life hero, he died in disgrace. His totally bullshiat referring of a boxing match forever made him out to be a corrupt and dishonest piece of crap to the nation at the turn of the century

We'd have forgotten him if not for Hollywood

But prosecutors' memo added that during an investigation into Baldock's home, agents found a "Pulaski County Constable" vehicle containing "scales and a small baggie of methamphetamine," though "Baldock denied having ever taken any drug evidence into his custody."

Then I guess those drugs belong to YOU, then. lol.

This is why Mitch McConnell has nothing to worry about.   These "very fine people" will be guarding the voting precincts in Louisville and Lexington to make sure that only registered white voters get in.

When has the FBI been on the up and up?

They have their good moments but they have a long history of shenanigans as well.  J Edgar Hoover was a damn lunatic.

"Norfleet denied Jones' "ridiculous" allegations to The Daily Beast, stating that Wallace would only arrest an individual that committed a crime. "

Oh, well, if these guys are able to only arrest guilty people, why bother with that whole pesky court system at all?

I know people who really believe this--the police only arrest guilty people. They also believe that the police have some kind of magical "I sense criminal" detector. It gets given out with the badge or something.

Constables in Kentucky don't have any job responsibilities that a sheriff's department isn't supposed to already be doing, and for some reason it's an elected position. It practically invites this kind of result.

Cops are ALWAYS right.
Cops are always the victims.
Light sentences are unAmerican
Alternative sentencing is a commie conspiracy.
A simpleton cop from the dump known as Staten Island  knows more than any pointy-headed college graduate.
The same simpleton doesn't need YOUR F*CKING RULES

/all of that actually happened on that show

As a white dude i grew up buying weed and coke from the local PD ... off hours of course... his hottub parties were quite well known around the area

The idea this is an isolated incident is amusing

Hoopy Frood: Constables in Kentucky don't have any job responsibilities that a sheriff's department isn't supposed to already be doing, and for some reason it's an elected position. It practically invites this kind of result.

This. A fair number of these folks are batshiat crazy or otherwise legally barred from owning a gun. Constables rarely have much competition at election time and are constitutionally (state constitution) allowed to carry a weapon. There is no background check or legal requirements, other than age (over 21, I think). The ability to officially become a pretend cop is tempting for a nut who was rejected from being a real cop.

One of our local constables was a kid I knew growing up. He was crazy as hell as a teenager, and apparently tried to join the military (rejecting) and a few local/nearby police forces (rejected). He was an unarmed security guard, and would post scree on social media about some bastard sheriff who was preventing him from buying a gun (in Kentucky you have to be a felon, domestic abuser, or insane to be denied a gun). He ran for constable, unopposed, and now drives around town, armed, delivering summons or whatever court-related cleanup he's supposed to be doing. A unhinged crazy fark with a badge, a gun and no oversight.

So, at least the FBI is watching. Hopefully.
