Yep, we had just applied for reopening. It's also eye opening for how contagious this virus is.

Largely, yes, but it's got some things going for it too. It's not all bad, and it's pretty easy to stick to the good stuff.

65 positive cases and no hospitalizations, at least not yet. That's not too bad.

I live here, and they were just about to send me back to work when this happened.

Now my paid staycation has to continue.

/Sucks for the people at the plant though.
//and their family.

Oh, what sad times are these when passing ruffians can say Ni at will to old ladies. There is a pestilence upon this land. Nothing is sacred. Even those who arrange and design shrubberies are under considerable economic stress at this period in history.

We're they random?  Or were they the ones with symptoms?  The wall of unrelated articles in the link prevents me from looking. If 10 people with symptoms were tested, and 4 of them were positive, out of 1000 employees, that would be expected. If they randomly tested 100, and had 40 positives, that would be alarming.

Fruit Plant? Is that what they call Abercrombie and Fitch north of the border?

DNRTFA, but what I heard was that they were in the process of testing circa 140 employees and had found something like 40 out of 60 so far were positive.
