Sessions keeps drunk-dialing his ex long after Trump dumped him for a new boo who does it just the way he likes it - sleazy.

Put them both in Sumo wrestler outfits and a nice mud pit in the rose garden and you'd see the most hilarious slap fest in the US history.

I'm sure Trump and Sessions will eventually call a truce, split a package of Fudge Stripes, and that will be that.

More like an F-Troop reenactment.

I really don't get Sessions here.  He continues, for reasons beyond comprehension, to hitch his star to Trump.  Only to have to get into a hissy fit when Trump spurns him (which Sessions had to know was coming).

Politics aside, no one should vote for Sessions for the simple reason that he's an idiot and a lousy strategist.

He could have run on his own (dubious) merits.  Alabama knows him.  There is no need to play up his support of and relation to Trump.

1funguy: Fissile: coronavirus: that's not a civil war reenactment... Trump can't (and won't) stuff himself into a military uniform of any type... and  both Jefferson Beauregard Original Recipe the Third and Ye Olde Bone Spurs would likely fight for the South

// Seriously.. I would LOVE to see Trump at a civil war reenactment.. no social distancing, no masks, not even hydroxychloroquine

Yup, the Trumps have a long and proud history of war profiteering.   Trump's grandfather sold goods (defective) to both sides during the Civil War.

What?
Like square cannon balls?
Sticks only sharpened on one side?

They were drinking out of creeks ffs...
Even a trump couldn't make that worse...

Could they..?

Neither one was alive during the Civil War.

I thought the 'political analyst' comments were the most interesting part of that story.  (also I expected to hear him say something about his time working on the pappy o'daniel campaign.)

Political analyst Steve Flowers believes the war of words helps sessions.
"Sessions reputations is one of being a choir boy, eagle scout, mama's boy and it makes him stronger to fight back," said Flowers.
In the end Flowers says the president's endorsement carries a lot of weight.
"I think the advantage accrues to Tuberville, trump is so popular in the state the only thing they know is, trump doesn't like sessions," said Flowers.

so now in 'conservative world'... 'choir boy' and 'eagle scout' are negative synonyms for 'mama's boy'... whipped, weak, pussy... so following the rule of law and doing the right thing is now a negative?
