It's literally the most human thing. Maybe 2nd most after pooping.

He's not wrong.  Historically we would have multi-generational households and tight villages to help ease the burden of caring for children.  No one can do it 24/7.  Everyone needs a break from the little slobber monsters.

Hell, I remember times when my son was a handful and it took every drop of energy to even eat, never mind take care of basic hygiene.

In other words, I get it

I also love my son a lot and wouldn't trade being a dad for anything
