I'm just surprised something for Nickelodeon is on a streaming service.  Been trying to find LEGO City adventures for my son.

LEGO City Undercover is the best video game we've played together yet.

Just went to look for this on Netflix and there is no paw patrol to be seen.  I must need a boxies to show I'm in a different country.

This would probably make Paw Patrol better. My daughter liked it some, but it is soooooooooo annoying. I would try and skip past it whenever I saw it on the guide. Most of those little kids shows were horrible, except Bubble Guppies even with the problem of mermaids getting stuck in a tree, the music was very catchy. Just swim down, sheesh.

Of course now that she is in school, learning the horrors of Disney and Nick sitcoms. If I hear the theme song from Bunk'd much more, I will go find a Covid test center and shake everyone's hands.

Getting stuck in a tree was the least of their problems, one day the baseball game got rained out because the field was too wet.

A mother was left in hysterics? Really? Did she have to be medicated? Was she found in a corner repeating, "paw paw...paw paw..."

Stupid frigging journalism.

Yeah, then the article says many other mothers and fathers were also in hysterics because of the description.

I dont think the author knows what the word hysterics means.

I found a pic of one of the moms. They have her on Paxil now. We can all hope she pulls through.

If you liked *that*, the comic book 'Fish Police' would probably make your head explode.

Quotes from Inspector Gill:

"Five minutes.  Just give me five minutes with the guy who decided fish have to climb stairs."

"I'm a fish.  Why do I have a pet cat?"

It's all over for Netflix I can't see how they can ever recover from this one.

I think there is something to the whole hysteria thing, but I think the whole going crazy because you are not getting orgasms affects men much more than it ever did women.

Did you just discover that words can have more than one meaning?

Glad I could further your education. You clearly need it.

Mine's 9 and when we're headed out I still do the "Outside! Outside!" bit.  He is properly mortified, which is the idea.  It leaves me in hysterics

Hint, when dictionaries provide multiple definitions in a list it's or not and.

I always wondered how the PAW Patrol would handle a murder, or domestic violence, or Captain Turbot running Fentanyl.

This is amazing.

Word X means two things. You didn't know one of the meanings (no shame in that) and criticized the author for misusing it.

Someone points out the meaning you don't know, a meaning that fits reasonably into the way the author used it. And you think you somehow win by pointing out the meaning that doesn't make sense?

Wtf.
Me, "I saw a beautiful white crane flying today"
La chanz, "you idiot, what did it do, transform it's treads into rockets and blast off? farking moron"
Me, "a crane is also a type of bird"
La chanz, "it's a type of heavy machinery too. I win. Why did you say heavy machinery can fly?"

I mean... Wowsers.

Both meanings are equally stupid in the context.

A thing happened that was funny, and tfa claimed some people laughed at the funny thing.

Yup, so out of context.

We've finished 90% of undercover.  We still play it, but lately we've been playing DC Villians.

It's not quite as fun, my son is almost 4, so he needs help switching villians to do specific quest items, but it's open world and you can be any hero, villian or customize.  You can build cars, boats, bikes and helicopters on the spot or just be Superman/any hero that flys and fly all over the place.

We're about 20% into it.   Fighting the Justice Syndicate atm.
