I have this new WFH startup called YouWork where you work from home and you pay me a monthly fee to use your own home and internet and bathroom and then we use the money to pay local politicians kickbacks so this becomes a required service for all WFH employees in your state.

Maybe eventually we'll move into YouTeach (home schooling your demonic crotchspawn), YouCook (a really nice catalog of 'bespoke' recipes for only $30/month) and YouDie (a Home Funeral business where we third party another company to ship you some firewood and gasoline so you can create your own pyre for any dead loved ones).

First Mover Advantage is overrated.
Tesla, Amazon, Ford, and Microsoft were not first.
