For a million dollars that squatch better be housebroken.

Not a real squatch. It's not blurry.
That's obviously where the Jack Link's guy lives

I'd call that spendy in most of the US, but isn't that a pretty good price for that much home that close to Santa Cruz?

Does 'Harry' come with the house? If so, has he claimed the guest cabin as his own?

What's up with that crappy refrigerator?  Otherwise, that's a nice pad for a cool million.  I'd room with Bigfoot if I had to.

Is this an outtake from the Star Wars Holiday Special?

I was really liking the house until I noticed that the view from the 2nd floor was of the roof of the carport.

That's a nice house.

I am not sure that is the real Bigfoot. Based off the photos and the various activities that this "Bigfoot" is engaged in I speculating that this is not the great north american wood ape but instead someone dressed in a costume posing in various candid ways around the house. Probably as a way to increase views on their property listing in an attempt to go viral.

Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

There's one thing about living in Santa Cruz I never could stomach....all the damn Sasquatches.

I thought this too. Sweet home, sweet view, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms well equipped, and the cheapest refrigerator ever that looks tiny in the big refrigerator spot.

Everything's perfect about it other than the refrigerator is too small and isn't stainless.  NEXT!

-HGTV logic.

We redid out kitchen when we bought the house. New range and dishwasher in stainless, of course, it was 2009 after all. But I flat refused to replace the fridge. You never want to replace a perfectly working older fridge with a new one. New fridges are built a lot cheaper than old ones. We'd likely need to replace one we bought when we moved in now while the old white one is still running great (knock on wood).

the only thing I could think of was how would that home fare in a forest fire.

It's nice to see that idiot parasite real estate agents have added quadcopters to their arsenal of of photography tools, alongside wide angle lenses and HDR.

It shouldn't physically hurt to look at photos of a house, but hey, morons gonna moron.

Yeah but it looks like a new fridge, that's just a budget model, as opposed to an older model fridge still working well.

In our area they are shopping in/out furniture and changing the colors of the walls and putting cute signs on them and just substantially changing the appearance. It is getting hard to tell and they don't mark the pictures as shopped. I can tell from the pixels though.

1872 square feet with 5 bedrooms (ok, 4 bedrooms + sasquach litter box room) ? Either tiny bedrooms or no actual living space.

"Virtual Staging". It has severely undermined my trust in real estate listings.

Most homes out there, in my experience, do not have central heating - It doesn't really get that cold there. Freezing temperatures maybe one day every several years.

Looks like it's about 3 separate 600 SF boxes put together.  Each bedroom could be 12x12 and they would still have 1100 SF extra.

The MIL is a nice bonus.

Ah fark I had my math backwards.  I meant to say they would have around 600 SF remaining.
