What happens between me and Aunt Mom over a case of Busch Light, a log of Kodiak, and a Smokey and the Bandit laserdisc marathon is no business of them flat-footed government goombahs!

In NYC, the health department told people not to lick cornholes.
In Alabama they get told not to play cornhole.

thesharkman: Play with your own bags?

I haven't met a serious cornholer who didn't bring their own bags.

Also, when they put a bag in the rafters, then they throw more bags in the rafters trying to get that first bag down.  Lands on me to get my long stick to retrieve their bags.

/intentional phrasing
//all true though
///know a couple competitive cornhole groups, that have been televised
////still surprises me there are coed, and non-coed cornholing.

I'm more interested in an Alabama water park than Cornhole.

Well, cornhole is cornhole, and a roll is a roll, and if you play cornhole then you don't eat no rolls.

A game of two wood boards placed 27' apart, typically played by pairs, teammates stand at opposite boards, and throw bags of "corn" into the holes in the board.  1 point for landing on board, 3 points for putting bag into board.  There's a list of rules that are strictly adhered to by serious players.  When I say serious players, I saying there are people who are "professional" players, with sponsors, team shirts, and tournaments with large sums of prize money.  It has been televised.  It is very much a drinking game though.  Even the serious players us score towers with drink holders.

If this doesn't get Farkers interested in cornhole, I don't know what will.

It's all three parts of a redneck triathlon.

I was going to try to explain this in terms of viral spread of shared objects.. but it all just ends up sounding dirty...   see you hold your bag in your hand and toss it towards their hole..  and then they pick up your bag in their hand and toss it at your hole... nevermind.

Cornhole is also tough to distance because both players play from the same side, they're both touching the boards, etc., and since there's almost always alcohol involved, you're going to forget about spacing out pretty quickly.

Solo golf is about the only sport I can think of that has social distancing built in.
