Citgo is the thing they're fighting over, not a thing they're trying to kill.


Question is, if Citgo keeps taking Venezuelan oil, how big us the loss of refining and other Citgo profits going to be really?

And do the Russians take it lying down. They gave a lot of money to prop up Maduro and got liens on Citgo assets. Does this action trump those liens or do they take it subject to the liens...and still have to pay Russua then?

good anything that will make it harder for maduro to keep the military down there on his side is good for the people of Venezuela.    It is clear get keep the military on his side with large bribes plus making sure they are well taken care of .    The less assets he has to work with the harder it is for maduro to maintain this.
