And Fox News is their herald.

If it's a great idea, why are all three of them in different locations?

Their cult/Trump's cult (same cult) probably don't even think about that.

Not surprising,
To the masters of the GOP and Fox news, rich people losing money is a far scarier future than poor people dying.

"Your interventions to me did not matter one little bit," Murphy said. "So with all due respect to all the pressure that's been out there, we couldn't frankly care."

Murphy isn't going to do a goddamn thing based on what a few hundred covidiot asshats want. Other than send state troopers to give them fines.

Let them go. Nothing we can do to stop them. And keep staying home. These people are going to cause a steep spike in cases.

Start Up death will be a fraction of the death toll rung up by Democrat Governors and their Nursing Home Euthanasia scheme.

Came here to say this without even realizing Murphy responded to it.  He's been extremely smart about this whole thing, and especially with what happened/is happening in NYC, he's going to pay attention to/work with Cuomo and NYC, not pay attention to whatever the fark Wisconsin is doing.

The balls of these people to think anyone gives three farks.

Poor people are easily replaceable. Rich people are not.

Happy my state is trying to strike a balance between re-opening and keeping some precautions in place. I imagine I'd be doing a lot less in terms of work, spending, and trying to get back to life as usual if there weren't orders in place to require precautions while things re-open.

That's because of the estate tax. If we removed the death tax, we could kill all the rich people we wanted and their heirs would replace them.

Problem, that would only destroy his frontal lobes. And he is already missing those. Bud Dwyer is the only way to go.

To be fair that quote is from a few weeks ago in response to the morans in Trenton but I think the sentiment remains the same.

Oh ok.  But yes, the sentiment is the same.  I'm wondering, has this idiot ever even BEEN to NJ?  We have zero f*cks.  Our state bird is the middle finger.  Murphy does not care one bit.

It's because they are rich, darlin!

Republicans have been told all their lives that in order to truly evolve as children of God, they need somebody to look down upon. The Fox news anchors are better than them. They earned their own money, all by the sweat of their own brows.

Brian Kilmede worked in a foundry when he was sixteen. He worked his way into his broadcast career by taking night classes at the local community college. Finding the foundry work too labor intensive, he got a job at Subway. He'd cut that bread in that awful way that Subway used to, where they'd make a slot in the bread and try to put thin slices of deli meat and cheese into it. Brian was good at that. So anyway, he would make sandwiches during the day, and bust his ass for his associates degree in business administration at night.

But his heart wasn't into business. He wanted more. He switched his focus, and was able to take a couple of courses in the tv/radio program. He found out he had taste for the camera, he threw himself into it. He ended up scoring a job doing weather at a local mom and pop owned television station, KWYT (this was back in the 80's, when things like that still existed.)

But it still wasn't enough. Putting on his best suit that he had worn to his cousins wedding, Brian shopped his tape around to the bigger cities. Then that fateful day happened when New York called. They just opened up a new station that espoused "true" American values. They were looking for a bland, blond haired, blue eyed, smarmy ass, greedy, opportunistic white boy willing to sell his gift for mendacity to the highest bidder. He would be joined by two other white people who possessed the same qualities. As an added bonus, the token female in the group would be a blond haired, blue eyed, vapid "Becky," who had long legs and a really nice rack. Brian wasn't sure how he felt about his own sexuality, but it didn't matter. She would serve as a distraction while he worked on what was true to his heart. And that was....

I'm farking with y'all. I have no idea what Brian's struggle was. All I know is that right now, he's broadcasting from his well appointed home, telling people they are safe to go back to work, when that clearly isn't the case.

And republicans listen to every word as if it was gospel. So yeah, Fox and Fiends know exactly what they're doing. Brian will survive this. Who cares if a bunch of stupid viewers can't see through the hypocrisy?

I'm set with enough stuff to last a month and a half, and getting 90 days worth of all prescriptions delivered tomorrow.
Look at the SW section of PA, my county is in grey. Now look at Beaver county (suppresses desire to make joke), to the left of us, and up a little. It was determined that that county is all f*cked up and has to stay closed. I'm sure that won't bleed into the surrounding ones, nosiree.
