Subby, I like how you think.

It'll be weird to see Drummer be cheerful at something other than another's suffering, though.

Both of them would be in their 50s by the time Mando is happening.

Excited to see Starbuck coming back to TV-ish land that might not suck. Another Life is definitely not a vehicle for career advancement.

With Pedro hanging out with the Community folks I'm gonna go out on a limb with Allison Brie. She can do the physical stuff as evidenced in GLOW.

Rebels technically ended sometime after the Battle of Endor.  And Mandalorian is 9 ABY (five years after Endor) so Sabine would be about 30.

Cara Gee is 36 but looks way younger than her age.  And she is a good choice for sure.

it was reported on ET and in Variety two months ago.. But not actually confirmed by anyone directly involved as of her interview with Variety a month ago. Filoni wouldn't confirm either 2 weeks ago. It was also not flat out denied by anyone either.. so..

They mention that the last time we saw Ahsoka that her and Sabine were together looking for Ezra. When did that happen? I thought they insinuated that Ahsoka died fighting Vadar. What episode or series did I miss?

He neither confirms not denies it but I'm gonna go with the belief that it's gonna be her.

Well, no, she fought him at the Sith Temple, Ezra went back and got her, whilst locking the emperor out.  Then Ezra and Thrawn (redacted), and now Ashoka and Sabine are together.

Wait, that sounds dirtier when I put it that way.

Okay, Spirit Dogs are involved... wait.

Hmm... I wonder if they'll ever bring Dume back. Lothal is outer-rim, isn't it?

And she almost kicked Vaders ass.

/That's the last you see her in the timeline (just after Endor)

I think so; just past Mid-Rim on the way to the Unknown Regions (which is why Thrawn was involved).

I'm thinking they have some meaning that hasn't been fully fleshed out, for sure.

It's pure speculation but with Ahsoka making an appearance, we could be seeing some good ol' Force mysticism al la Mortis gods-type stuff...which would possibly (almost definitely) include the Wolves. Then again, it could just be a short appearance - show up, kick some ass, get dark saber back for Bo Katan, ooh-ah over baby Yoda "Hey Mando, do you *know* what the fark this *is*" and then gone - thus just a tiny hint as to what Ahsoka has learned or become in 9 years.

I think it more likely they find Ezra at some point, and he and Ahsoka take Baby Yoda somewhere secret to be trained. It makes a convenient excuse for why none of them appear in the sequel trilogy while leaving open the possibility of future appearances.
