The real tragedy there is it didn't happen before he'd fathered Fred

There was a movie made about 1917. Not many people know that. No one is a bigger 1917 genius than me.Many people are saying, sir, your talent at understanding this 1917 stuff is amazing.

1917 was a great American movie. Produced by Americans, directed by Americans and starring Americans. And it was beaten by some foreign film. Pathetic!

Three doctors are on the golf course talking shop. "What's the hardest procedure you've ever done?" one doctor asked the other two.

"Well," replied the plastic surgeon, "Some lady tried to commit suicide by jumping off a 20 story building. She was impaled on a flagpole on the 5th floor. Took me three days to get the smile off her face for her funeral. What about you?"

The second doctor says "I gave a lobotomy to a Republican - and he can still play the piano! What about you, Mark?"

The first doctor says "I have you both beat. Years ago some yahoo went out riding his horse in a hurricane. A volvo came down on them both and all that was left was the horse's ass. It was in surgery for 24 grueling hours and today, that ass it the President of the United States!"

"Even if you go back into 1917," Trump said at a White House event for small-business leaders, "that was the worst of all time, but it was also not as bad as here. It was very bad, it was very rough. It was a bad one, but it wasn't quite like what we're going through right now."

1917, no pandemic, just a little barely noticeable world war.

White House trade adviser Peter Navarro has also been saying 1917.

Navarro knocks '60 Minutes' over coronavirus coverage: 'This is like the fake news stuff'

"Why, I mean black swans are hard to sell. This was the 500-year flood, this hasn't happened since 1917. You can line up every president since then and say, 'Why didn't you think this could happen again,' but that's not productive right now."

I don't know if Trump got "1917" from Navarro or if Navarro is saying "1917" to not upset Trump.

This is more like the 1957-58 flu. Killed between 70-120k in the USA. Or, maybe, the 1968 flu pandemic. Killed 100k in the USA.

Sad part is, old man Trump is old enough to remember both of them.

Is this so when a half million die, he can say the we got off light.

1.1 dead has been the forecast for a long time...anything less than that and we are beating the odds.

Wow, that's almost as many as die in a year of car crashes in the U.S.!  Right? Oh, that's right, that is completely wrong.

You don't get to make predictions, dude, you've already demonstrated that you are incapable of rendering judgments on what are good and bad odds around here.

Not my prediction.

When you repeat the forecast of other people in a public place without disagreement, you are endorsing the prediction.  You repeated the false claim that we lose a million people in the U.S. to car accidents every year, so, you're not so good with the whole comprehension thing or the ability to discern good information from bad.   Stay in your lane,

You head about to explode and you feel superior because I made 1 mistake?

That movie was a trip. It was Gabriel García levels of magic realism plus southern gothic.
