Second one is probably technically correct. Lots of things kill coronavirus on contact. Viruses aren't very tough.

There's only one way to cut down on Coronavirus testing scams, and that's to provide a real Coronavirus test.  The market is too big for someone not to fill it.

If Dante Alighieri were alive today he'd have to reissue his seminal work and add a few extra levels.

FTA: "are legitimate and have been vetted and approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Association [sic]."

What should have been an immediate clue to the scam probably went unnoticed by stoopid 'Muricans.

The only legit coronavirus home test kit I am aware of in the US is free of cost.

https://scanpublichealth.org/

Only for residents of King County, Washington. They send out about 300 per day.

I've been using that a LOT because the woo-supporters are claiming that oregano oil kills most viruses in test tubes/petri dishes.

Nevermind to achieve that in the human body, you would be mostly oregano and entirely dead.

They should give him a choice. Either jail, or he has to chug 5 bottles of it in one sitting.

For those who don't read French, some Canadian company had ordered 10,000 N95 masks to distribute to hospitals, and after having arrived at a Montreal Suburb DHL distribution centre, they were sent back to DHL in St-Louis.  DHL has not returned either the guy's calls, nor the reporter's.

Theranos = fine
Ordinary snake oil salesman without envelopes of cash to politicians = illegal

/Theranos was only shut down due to fraud, not the fact that their phony diagnostics device didn't work.
