Yeah, at least Melnyk, as hated as he is by the fans and players of his team, is doing something to help his stadium workers during this time.

Unlike Jeremy Jacobs, who is a complete piece of shiat and is farking over the TD Garden workers that work the Bruins and Celtics games.

CSEC (Flames Ownership) had to be shamed into doing anything by the fanbase, who made it very clear that they city we live in was giving them a fark-ton of cash for the new arena they wanted, and the owners were going to pay their staff, or City Hall was going to be encouraged to back out of it.

The message took a day or two to get through, but it got through.  Then the Jets did similar to bring all the Canadian team onto the "not scumbag" train.
