Down ~20lbs so far. I'll take it. Yes I hate myself but I hated myself before so it's a wash.

Yup.  I was pre-diabetic before I started keto.  Down 45 pounds and running 3 miles a day now.  Thank god for meat.

From my cold dead hands!

Lost 8 pounds this week alone... had the keto flu last weekend

That sounds awful but the handful of people I know who stick with it are happy with their results.

That didn't happen to me. I lost 18 lbs in 6 weeks.

Count me in as a relatively new true believer. Started 7 weeks ago on a very strict low carb diet. Luckily never got the Keto flu - did lose 15 pounds, and have been exercising daily as well.

I'm gonna stick with it.

Everyone just watch out for kidney stones.  drink lotsa waters, or anything with citric acid like diet lemonade or diet cranberry juice, etc.  I guess kidney stones don't like that stuff.

Also if you drink and do drugs on Fridays, don't automatically think you have corona Saturday afternoon

Get enough salt and/or potassium (many use NoSalt) and you'll probably not notice at all. The first 10 pounds gone are usually excess fluid you're carrying around, and when that leaves it takes stuff with it. Get your electrolytes in order and there's little to notice except feeling better and getting smaller (if you're on it for weight loss, of course, and not simply health maintenance).
