I wonder what kind of porn is so bad that you have to do revenge porn in retaliation.

"Bynum-Coleman, 47, is a Democrat who lives in Chesterfield and works as a real estate agent."

Well, that seals it.

Democrats are always the evil one's.

Or, maybe it's real estate agents.

Something. something correlation. Quite the dilemma.

Oh well.

For some reason, there is a lot of porn involving real estate agents.

A friend told me this.

"...with the intent to coerce or intimidate. "

Judging from TFA it sounds like they are not going to be able to prove that element at all.

coerce?  she showed them to the woman's boss and told the boss they were taken in the workplace.  if that is not someone trying to coerce a boss to fire someone, i don't know what is.

intimidate?  she posted them on a stop sign near her work.  obviously with the intent of having a large number of her co-workers seeing it.  sounds like intimidation to me. this is a bit tougher to prove, but i bet someone who is good at law talking could make it work

No, even assuming that coercion applies to people other than the victim, there's no indication she demanded anything from--let alone had any leverage on--the boss/company. She was arguably doing him and his business a favor by informing about an employee misbehaving on the job. Snitching may not be neighborly, but it isn't illegal. As for the stop sign, trying to embarrass someone is not the same as intimidating them. Also, it doesn't help that the prosecutor admits he doesn't know what her motive was.

But on a second look, I think what's going on here may be that TFA is failing to mention an "or harass" in the law. Then it makes more sense.

Seems logical- real estate agents have easy access to many, many empty properties which could conceivably be used as sets for porn movies before the new tenants or owners move in.

I have heard of cases where people watching porn find that someone they know is "acting" in one of the films.

It would be a funny twist if someone watching a porn movie suddenly realised that the film was shot in their own house!

Not all democrats are evil, sick, and twisted, but this lady certainly isn't the exception, either.
