Elansari, who was convicted of possessing a small amount of marijuana and fined $100, claimed he was challenging the constitutionality of Pennsylvania's drug laws.

Court records show Elansari has filed 10 lawsuits in U.S. Eastern District Court in last year and a half. He lodged four of them, including the Jagex suit, in July 2019 alone.

ah, the professional asshole

Elansari claimed he had 2,000 hours "invested" in the game when he was booted out.

Just buy ETFs.

Counterpoint: some games like Eve: Online have accounts that can be sold and people will pay good money for a powerful character. The question is is time + gear + fees < account sale. Some accounts can net small fortunes from the right fan base.

/ My Eve characters are not those -- because when I quit I got drunk and self-destructed all of my ships.

last month I was blocked from voice/text chat on XBL for 24 hours after I called someone a c*nt.

dude was spawn camping hard, which is weak enough...but then he felt the need to text me out of the blue to talk shiat about his spawn camping...

him : " U MAD?"

me: " U C*NT"

totally worth it.

Spawn camping is a suboptimal strategy in most FPSes. You should be able to punish whoever is doing it.

I've only ever liked single player. I don't play games to be with other people. I play video games to keep myself occupied and entertained when I'm not around other people.

I can enjoy cooperative online experiences but I rarely play competitive games.

Seriously? Could this dude sound anymore like he lives in his mom's basement:

"This is the second time in two months that the circuit judges have deep-sixed a lawsuit filed by Elansari. In November, they refused to reinstate a case he lodged claiming he was scammed by the Tinder dating app."

well its Battlefield V and the recent patches have borked the TTK to shiat and opened up a ton of exploits...suddenly we've got dudes under level 10 somehow going 70+/1 in K/D every game.

I have a collection of some of the most horrific things people have sent to me on XBox Live.

I'm sure I could figure out a way to make money off of people being vicious to me.  And it's funny that when I don't respond on the mic, they actually put it in writing!

How in the hell do you have 2,000 hours invested in one game? My son and I have about twelve hundred hours combined invested in Space Engineers mainly because we like building things and then ramming them into each other.

Timer blocks and hidden Warheads are hilarious.

Given that the game company is Jagex, the game is Runescape. Its an intensely grinding game, probably as bad as Eve without the complexity.

How is Space Engineers for newbies in single player? I picked it up during a Steam sale a while ago because it looked interesting and the price was good, but haven't yet installed it because it looks like a difficult game to get into and I haven't had the time for a game with a steep learning curve. Would you recommend giving it a try now or waiting until I'm able to get the time to focus on a game?

Yeah we dealt with this a lot when I worked in online gaming. The thing is, these are all considered private servers and thus are subject to rules dictated by the company that controls them.  First amendment does not apply when you agree to the terms of service. We had to explain this so much to all the A-holes who could not control themselves.  We even had people show up at our various offices to get their accounts unbanned.

It is only as difficult as you want it to be. You can create a network of communication satellites winking mining drones from various asteroids or you can just start by  Making a penis shaped rocket and shoot it at the 1st doughnut shaped asteroid you find.

Fire up a game in creative mode and just experiment, that's all I did.

The overuse and misuse of spanking and authoritative parenting have done a lot of harm to society over the ages. But I see the recent rise of incel/troll/general all-around ne'er-do-well as a sign that in society's rush to completely eschew these forms of parenting in all situations without exception, we have perhaps gone too far.

B. Leave on global microphone

III. Play Curtis Mayfield as you frag. It's educational for the kiddies.
