I didn't see that "$65" bullet do anything that a normal 50 BMG couldn't do to a couple of cinder blocks... pretty a 30.06 can do the same amount of damage... and where was this amrour teased  by subby in the headline.

BORING... give me Demolition Ranch any day over that shiat.

.50 BMG API rounds can pierce .75" of sloped steel armor at 500m.  Using this round on soft targets would be a colossal waste of money.  The isn't a body armor in the world that a .50 BMG ball round won't cut right through.  Subby makes it sound like it's some crazy new destructo tool for murdering jihadists, but the reality is that this round is made to disable armored vehicles.  Don't get me wrong: it would obliterate a person at 1500m, but a .50 BMG ball round will also obliterate a person at 1500m.

Also, that guy should work on his marksmanship if he's going to record his shooting and post it on the internet.  The first shot didn't damage the melon because it hit 6 inches high and the bullet missed the melon.

A certain poster who stated that killing unarmed black people isn't murder so long as you claim to have felt "threatened" after the fact, is now calling everyone in this thread "pants-wetters."

While I'm not particularly terrified of this specific bullet over any other bullet, people like you give any right-minded individual plenty of reason to be afraid.

Just 90 meters out and the dude wasted $130 of ammo. 

Complete waste of a nearly $10K rifle if you can't manage to hit something that's not even 5% of the effective range of the weapon. That was basically point blank.
