I don't think it's a question of whether that guy knows the rules or not. I just think he doesn't give a fark about the rules.

I've been to India and seen the way they drive. They do not care about the rules. Any of them.

Well, I'm listening to the WTF1 podcast right now and they're saying this guy is 7 seconds off the pace in qualifying.

F2 is a spec series. NO ONE should be 7 seconds off the pace.
