My kids both played the "pushing" game with me while they were on the inside.  I'd press on Mom's belly, and they'd push back against it.  One of them got to counting to three (three pushes, three responses), the other got to two.

This is just the two of them playing the same game with each other.  Responding to stimulus.

Man, Snake Eater was a good game. I replayed it on the PS3 with the remaster collection a few years ago and it was even better then I remembered.
