To avoid prosecution he should skip bail and move to Texas.

and thus become callous Malice from Dallas.

We had this discussion earlier.

My son is named after a certain Vulcan Ambassador. So he might grow up logical and a prominent figure in interstellar relations.

It's a genius set up for the perfect legal defense.

"Your honor, in light of the fact that my clients very own name makes it impossible for him to be judged fairly by a jury of his peers, I move that the case against him be dismissed."

Also, what kind of idiotic parents would give their kid that name?

For the first few days after his murder, local news was pronouncing it "Muh-LEASE."

Maybe his nature was realized right from the beginning.

The head labor and delivery nurse might've realized right away that he was bad to the bone, and spoken up.

I sometimes wonder whatever happened to a kid my wife babysat about 10-12 years ago.

The father's name was (apparently) "Smokey" and his son's name was 'Blaze'.    No idea what the mom's name was, as the couple weren't together (surprise) which made for the usual dumpster fire of scheduling regarding their mutual genetic victim.

Last time I saw "Smokey", it was when he was in the front hallway of my house muttering under his breath at having to pay out an extra $50 because he was 2 hours late picking up his kid.

I prefer the Sue Storm "Malice" personality.  Her outfit is borderline NSFW, though, so you'll have to GIS her yourself.

marched in Detroit over 25 years ago when the police killed Malice Green.  we accomplished nothing, but at that age, you do these things.  i'm just saying, it's a name people name their kids sometimes.

That's kind of sad. That kid will probably have a hard time in life.

I once wrote a paper called "A Menace Called Brennus" because Rome and Greece were both attacked by men called Brennus though about 100 years apart. I admit I had the title first, then came up with something to write.

Yeah I don't doubt it.   My wife did the home daycare thingy for few years but it finally became too much hassle.    Some kids / families were great.... but.... you really get to see the other side of coin and what happens in divorces / separations with the kids being largely rootless pawns in a game they didn't choose to be in.
