You can count the United States out, on all three points. But, as your country won't be a going concern for much longer, I wouldn't sweat it, there. By 2100, if things keep going as they're going, you're going to lose at least 70% of it due to the rising sea level.

By just fine I mean subject to the same problem as other islands, but still will have about 500m of elevation above sea level.
