Probably not bad.  Recycled Guinness cans have got to be a rounding error of a fraction of a percent in the total volume.  There are probably mutiple more cigarette butt mass than widgets.

Not much at all.  After shredding and running through an eddy current separator there's not much plastic left to burn off when the aluminum gets melted.

dont know if we were the test place or something but the 4 packs and 8 packs have been in cardboard for over 20 years here in Austin I don't ever remember plastic rings around here.
