(Mediaite)   Glenn Beck says the country is officially over as we know it if the Republicans fail to win in 2020. I think that's the idea, Glenn. Sorry, we don't want the return of the Nazi Party or the KKK. You guys can move to Hateghanistan   (mediaite.com) divider line

More projection from the White Nationalist party.

Their vision of the "End of America": diversity, equal rights, empowered voters, universal healthcare, worker protection.

Sane people's vision of the "End of America": 4 more years of WN bullshiat under Orange Nero.

said that there are Democrats all over the country who "don't believe in infanticide

They're really pushing this "infanticide" fantasy hard. Like a woman is going to carry a fetus around for nine months and then decide "Nah, fark it, too much work".

Vote against Glenn Beck and all he stands for. The country as we know it needs to heal and those like him want a festering, rotting wound to languish forever. It's not what I want.

(sigh)  Always so backwards.. look, a better country would not tolerate a party like the Republicans working to destroy it all the time.  We shouldn't, either.

I think he's smart enough to see the wave coming and is hoping to get out in front so in 2021 he can be "relevant" again like when Obama got elected.

*shrug*

all the conservative pundits kinda blur together after a while, ya know?  they all look, sound and behave exactly the same.

Glenn is nuts, but he is not any different in his beliefs from any other Mormon Republican.  He is just a different flavor of nutty from Evangelical Republicans.

His faith teaches and believe, like all faith's, that they are the one true church.  To them it should be obvious to everyone how awesomely true Mormonism is.  Since it is obvious to the vast majority of people that Mormonism is not true, people are not flocking to joking the Mormon church the way that every Mormon prophet says they will at every twice yearly televised Mormon conference.

Now a rational mind would reflect and realize that the problem with why people are not flocking to the message is that the message is not very appealing.  Religion does not work that way, therefore it must be a worldwide conspiracy of all the world's scientist, politicians, school teachers, and clergy of other faiths to trick people into not becoming Mormons.  Once you made this conclusion it is a simple matter to assume that the conspiracy extends to other things.  Mormons even have a word for this that they teach in their Sunday Schools.  They call them Secret Combinations which is Mormon for Secret Satanist Conspiracy.

Glenn Beck simply extends this belief to politics.

winedrinkingman: His faith teaches and believe, like all faith's, that they are the one true church

there are a lot of non christian faiths that never tried to claim that they were the 'one/true/only' valid religion out there.

its a bit more difficult to be a prick about your faith when you're a poly or pan-theist.  I mean yeah, you can still be a jerk but its not as easy as it is with monotheistic faiths.

Afaik from the little attention i give the idiot from fark links, he basically lost his media "empire" (if that's what you want to call it) for being a never-trumper, disappeared for about a year then re-emerged anew  with his cheeto-sludge encrusted lips solidly clamped onto the Fanta  Menaces' tiny member.

So that would be a good thing, no more racist running in the streets with protection from the White House and kids in cages on the southern border, maybe the 1% finally paying their fair share. What a hellscape it will be.
Fark you Beck with a rusty chainsaw, a few years ago he was crying about how he didn't want this or support this and now he is on the Trump train. Guess the money wasn't as good being a never Trumper eh Glen?

You know, time was that you'd have to go out and find the street corner where the crazy person was screaming and carrying a THE END IS NIGH sandwich board.

Now, thanks to the Internet and 24/7 infotainment television, the crazy gets piped to our homes and smart devices on demand.  Progress, I guess?

Wow.  Look what Glenn Beck, exiled, ignored and bankrupt, had to sell for a national TV appearance.

2019-03-19 06:36:52 AM
Good. I know it to suck, so if that part were over I'd be slightly less ashamed to be one of us.

Imagine an America that's just...a country, that takes care of its people and environment and tries to be a good neighbor and stops wiping its red white and blue dick on the world's drapes. A country that doesn't constantly talk shiat about how it's the bestest ever and everywhere else is a shiathole. A country where the majority isn't always under the boot of dwindling but ever-louder and more violent hateful minority.

I could get behind that.

The life of a political talking head must be so strange. If you say something popular with your audience you can make millions. If you don't then you literally have no skills to go do anything else. Beck spent a year in the wilderness just for setting himself up to say "told ya so!" when Trump lost. Now he's just trying to sell his reformation so he can have an income again.

We're going to see a lot more violence from nutters because of this shiat. trump's 'bad bikers' comments, King's civil war pondering will help. This is these kind of people's mythology. When they daydream it's as often as not that they go out in a blaze taking out their perceived enemies and becoming martyrs or remembered heroes. That's why they love Confederate bullshiat. Assuming RW nutjobs aren't looking to go out firing would be about the same as assuming a Viking wouldn't rather go out in battle and on to Valhalla. It's part of their entire ethos.

I wouldn't say that.. seems to me that they're so very eager for the End Times, and want to bring it about, so they can go to Heaven without the pain of dying.  They're so selfish, they want the world to end for their benefit.

Well, the last bit of this delusional headline aside, it is true that four years isn't going to be long enough to fix the previous eight years. Like the last truly delusional left wing president that got a lot of what he wanted, namely Jimmy Carter, America and the world will likely spend decades dealing with the problems Obama created.

everything everywhere is ruined forever and its always Obama's fault.

you know, you'd figure the trumpers would have figured after losing the House to the Democrats by 40 seats that the whole 'blame Obama' thing wasn't working.
