Computer-checked redline limits will instead be monitored manually, thereby working around the concern for the issue to trip up the terminal countdown.
Launch Director Tom Heter III and Mission Director Col. Shane Clark have approved that action, so this issue has been cleared.

Seems like that's the hold up. Something over-pressurized on the rocket earlier, but that's been fixed.
