Pretty smart. Soon, there will be lights, advertisements, street signs, and everything else on the ground so that people staring into their mobile phones can see them without looking up.

A person from the 20th century would be completely confused by the world of 2100. "Why is everything on the ground?!"

They need these in Hong Kong, especially on the MTR. Not to save lives, just to get them the hell out of the way of people who are paying attention.
