I would give cold, hard cash to the debate moderator who asked the candidates for 2020 if they planned to communicate to the American people via twitter.

I would donate twice the amount to the ones who admitted twitter is a dumb-ass tool for a POTUS given all the other options at hand.

So sick and tired of Trump's ego.

It's a platform that every single person has access to.

Used correctly it's a very important for communication and a president would be a moron to just not use it

Yes, that "used correctly" caveat is very important

true. Obama used it fairly well as president. Though the only tweet of his (or rather the WH twitter) I really remember is the picture of the WH in rainbow spotlights when gay marriage was legalized in SCOTUS

Every single person does not have access to twitter.
There are still people in the nation who do not have either a smart phone or a computer.
But, I guess they don't really matter.

Point of order: the Supreme Court did not legalize gay marriage, it ruled sexual orientation discrimination in government sanctioned marriages unconstitutional.

Indeed. Refuting the central thesis of a claim is not pedantic. But calling an eviscerating critic pedantic is one way deny that your argument has been uprooted. Denial runs deep.

You claimed that every person has access to Twitter. You were wrong. You were rather obviously wrong. Pointing out that you were wrong in you central claim is not pedantic. Rather, it cuts the legs out from under your argument. Your premise was false. Look, you just aren't that good at this. Stop embarrassing yourself.

it can be easily fixed!

This is the essence of Donald Trump's appeal.  It resonates with the kind of people who say "Congress just needs to roll up their sleeve and FIX IT."  It resonates people who don't understand that the reason complex problems exist and remain unsolved is that they're truly difficult to solve.  These are problems in which we can't even agree on what the problem is.

The issues surrounding immigration driven by Central American crime driven by US drug consumption are not "easily fixed".  That's why these problems have existed for 50 years.  They can't be solved by "sleeve rolling".
