First time I saw Nick play football was that game against the Raidahs when he threw & tubs.
I thought then that great things were ahead for the kid.

Scratch that.

The first time I really saw Nick throw a football was out back with his uncle, Rico.

Good (but not great) Luck in Jax, BDN.

Philly fans don't blindly support every player who plays there. Guys like Foles and Dawkins will always be loved

I still just don't know how to feel about this. I've been wanting the Jags to buy us some real talent for the past... Forever. Now it's happening and I just don't know how to feel.

Next season he will be booed if he plays there.

That was classy. Sad to see him go, hope he continues to play well in Jax.

But, I am friggin' psyched to see DeSean coming back. That almost makes up for losing Foles, and I'm cautiously optimistic about this team for next season.

Yeah, just like when they booed all of the ex-Phillies from the 2008 team when they came back on opposing teams.

Of course their heart grew three sizes.  They had a cheesesteak and then a coronary.

DeSean needs to have a great year just as a final Fark You! to Chip Kelly

classy move by Foles. he's handled this entire situation well - after winning the Super Bowl and being the MVP, he could have pushed the franchise to make him the starter and made things miserable, but didn't. Philly fans will remember that, and whenever Foles' career is done, he's going to have plenty of business opportunities around Philadelphia if he wants to live there.

that was one thing that always blew my mind when TO went nuts and left the Eagles.  Philly fans loved the guy, especially after he came back from his leg injury to play in the Super Bowl. at that point - his career was beginning to wind down, and had he decided not to turn on Donovan McNabb and the fans the next season - he would have had a few decent seasons with the Eagles, and could have retired with plenty of business opportunities around the city. instead - he burned every bridge that he could. and after his refusal to show up to his HOF induction - his appearance on Dancing With the Stars is going to be about the only highlight of his post-football career

Not true.  Utley was cheered as were many others like Jimmy Rollins.
It all depends on the player and how they left. They booed Werth, mostly because he left to go to a rival, and he probably loved it.

Besides it's better than those fans that cheer every home team player, no matter how they perform or what kind of person they are off the field. And only turn on the player after they leave.

Mozzarella?

No, the only acceptable options are whiz, American, or provolone.

Speaking of Philly, I note that a certain Mr. Bryce Harper hasn't published any kind of farewell note to the DC Nationals fans.
