Obi is Japanese for belt or sash.  I assume that they named the zebra belt, not after Obi Wan Kenobi.

From TFA: "The zoo's young male foal, who was born on Feb. 13, 2019, has officially been named 'Obi,' which follows the zoo's pattern of naming baby zebras after 'Star Wars' characters.
Other zebras born at the zoo have been named 'Luke,' 'Leia,' and 'Rey.'"

Zebras seldom have twins, or they would be named Obi Wan and Obi Two.
