As this is from the Daily Fail, I now doubt that Verizon exists, the East Coast exists or that maps exist.

I'm on the East Coast, using Verizon, and have had no problems all day, therefore I doubt the Daily Mail exists.

I thought this was about Donald Trump traveling to the midwest or Texas or something.

cumulative?  There are a 100million people on the east coast...so we're saying on average their IQ went up by .0000001 points each?  There is probably more of a shift happening every hour based on typical eating/drinking habits, how long it's been since they pooped, etc.  Dunno if this is worth bringing up for IQ, if it's that small of a change.
