He didn't ruin the NBA when he joined GSW.

He just proved that he's a nancy boy.

according to the article, he only screwed up the University of Miami.  I consider that a net win for college football.  Thanks Kevin.

"Once Kevin Durant went to the Warriors after they were 3-1 up when he was at Oklahoma City - kids want to go where the winning is."

Kids always want to win.

What a stretch. Kid want to win but even Alabama has kids leaving all the time.

What do you mean? That young up and coming team that already had a title and the best record of all time obviously needed his skills and leadership to take that next step and really be legit contenders.

Man talk about a let down from the headline to what it as about. Here I am thinking Durant has been farking around with college recruiting as some sort of anti- Luther Campbell, but it is just some shiat about people who have potential don't want to waste it on an organization that doesn't have their shiat together. Talk about some whiny ass shiat, blaming your incompetence on that of all things

So, did Durant play in Miami, or have any connection?  Was he playing football or considering football?  Is there some sort of connection to...?

Look, all I need is some citation, not three paragraphs of whining.  CITATION, dammit.

It's just the normalizing of "eh, being one of the best and trying with other greats to be the best isn't enough...I only want to go to the team that's already the best, then I don't have to work for it."

How can you normalize a norm?

Celtics with Garnet, Ray Allen and Pierce was the first Superteam i can recall in the modern era... Then the Heat formed to take them down....   These are both 3 superstar teams.    It seemed a bit stacking the deck... but then the Warriors, a 3-star team they built from within, added KD in free agency, making them a 4-star team.

I'm a Cavs fan, so maybe i have sour grapes, but for the record, i never wanted them to trade Wiggins for Kevin Love.   We drafted Wiggins and Kyrie, and with LeBron coming back, i felt thats the roster we should've gone with.   Taking Love out of Minni was hurting Minni, and i didn't like the idea of dilluting the rest of the league, either.

Durant played college ball at Texas and got to the title game, Diaz got fired as the D coordinator at Texas because they didn't make a bowl game. There's the connection/hatred.

/Thuck you Diath, you whiny biatch

Durant didn't make a title game at Texas, lol. Got eliminated in the second round by Taj Gibson, Nick Young, and USC.
