hey, look at a cop the wrong way, and you could be charged with disrepecting an officer. And then held for up to 72 hours without any charges ever actually filed. It's like a cop could find a person and just "have fun" with them for no reason if they wanted to. It's the law.

They offered to buy the guy food and a drink if he just gave his name, but do go on about evil cops.  This asshole was disrupting at least one business owner/customers and couldn't even give his real name, and he's the hero in your twisted mind.
