I can't stop giggling at this story and the headline isn't helping. I feel terrible for Guice, but I can't wait for another 7-9 season. Woo!

The Redskins are cursed by wounded knees.

The cart ride from the field to the locker room is truly a trail of tears.

It's sitting bullshiat.

I feel really bad for him. He seemed like a pretty good person off the field. He did shiat like randomly tweet that he had 100 tickets to see Infinity War for any fans that wanted to see it with him. I had high hopes for him this year. I liked that he had something to prove after dropping so low in the draft and I felt the Skins got a steal on him. For people who don't remember he's the guy who was considered to have "off the field issues" after he was antagonized during interviews about his sexuality and if his mother was a prostitute. He seemed to have something to prove and this really farking sucks to see. farking preseason games man.

And to think the Browns were worried he would go #1 overall.

At some point, the owners are going to have to figure out whats more important to them: revenue gained from these meaningless, bullshiat preaseason games or salary lost to high draft picks that get season ending injuries in these meaningless, bullshiat preaseason games.

Oh, like they're not just going to get injured in meaningless regular-season games anyway.

Bury My Heart at FedEx Field doesn't have the same ring to it, though.

between injury, the red in Redskins, and reading the guy's last name with a soft g, this is what came to mind:

And to the article/point...I'm sad to hear that about Guice. :(

Injuries are never good. ;_;

/"there's always next year!" motto is in full swing already

I wouldn't call the preseason meaningless. It's how players who aren't considered "stars" or thought to have the perfect numbers make the team.

Look at the RB Warren in Oakland. He went undrafted and he had a pretty good preseason game. Might just be luck or it might be that teams made a mistake in not drafting him.

Without preseason games, the chances of those players seeing game action would drop quite a bit.
