I want a domestic robot that can follow my wife around, close cabinet doors, remove shoes from shelves and window sills, put dirt clothes in the hamper, toss empty toilet paper rolls in the recycling, etc.

I love her, but she's a bit sloppy.

Thank God they decided to call remotely operated manipulator arms 'Waldos'.  They could have been 'Farthingwaite-Joneses'.
