Well if Browns' history repeats, he may be looking for that position in a year or two.

What an amazingly boring story about two people who will be out of the league by 2020.

To Baker Mayfield, all other quarterbacks are giant quarterbacks.

AdmirableSnackbar: What an amazingly boring story about two people who will be out of the league by 2020.

The Mayfield story is going to be interesting.  I see it as big risk, big reward.  I don't think they're be a middle ground there.  Either he'll be a bust, or hit it big.  Personally, I thought he went way too high in the draft, but we'll see.  Be a good story to follow.

Webb became part of a gigantic in-house debate as a Giants rookie. One faction wanted him to start the last three games of a lost season. Another wanted to stay with aging Eli Manning.

The Manning faction won. Manning finished out a 3-13 season and is back as the starter under new coach Pat Shurmur.

The Geno Smith faction had its moment too. Which probably says something about how the organization views Webb's prospects as a future starter.
