Is this what it feels like to be old? I remember when these dudes were active and I was already an adult. A young adult, but still.

All I know about the Wiggles is that in their day they regularly got wet love letters from lonely, lonely mothers.

My oldest son was heavily into the Wiggles. One weekend I was sick and just laying on the couch and I had to watch the Wiggles DVD on repeat. Thank the FSM it wasn't Barney!

I barely survived Barney with my older daughter. When the much younger child came along and was digging the Wiggles, I was SO relieved.

BTW, I will forever love Jeff after attending a Wiggles concert and he made sure he high-fived every child sitting in the very back rows. Thank you for thinking of the po' kids!

Am I the only one that thinks it's just sad? Going to great lengths to relive your childhood as an adult doesn't make me think 'cool', it makes me think 'grow the fark up already'.

Reliving your teen years is one thing, reliving the years you were in diapers shiatting yourself is really farking weird.

You refer to these as if they were two separate times in life...?

Gonna happen to all of us, if we are lucky enough to live long enough.

The Wiggles weren't horrible, by any means, and they played/sang some not-to-bad folk songs.  Here's one of my favorites of theirs:

I had never heard of them before about a month or so ago (never ever expected a FARK thread), one day I'm browsing through HULU for my daughter (17 m/o) and I randomly land on The Wiggles, she farking loves them. she dances to the opening song and throughout the show and claps when the show is over.

I still don't know who they are, I just assumed some Aussie show for kids that made its way on to HULU.

Lachlan needs a haircut, Emma should take up smoking and cut out the meth, Simon has probably killed several people and Anthony must have the blood of Keith Richards coursing through his veins.

Briefly tried this show when my kids were little.  None of us could understand it.  Now Pocoyo.  That's a man's show!

I enjoyed watching my granddaughter love Tom and Jerry. It was one of my favorites as a kid.

The trailer actually brought tears to my eyes, because it reminded me of so many great memories of my nephews when they were tee-tiny little babies. Memories of my mother as well since she babysat them the first years of their lives. We used to watch all those old school shows. Wiggles, Blues Clues, Little Bear, Bear in the Big Blue House, and all that stuff. They'll always be my babies.

The Wiggles are also the wealthiest entertainers in Australia.  That's a lot of Fosters.

I know on the surface, it's quite unacceptable to say a kindergartener/preschooler/whateverthefarkheis deserves to be slapped back to conception, but the second you mention that farking name, it suddenly gets a lot of people thinking "well...."
