This should have been the first greenlit post-game submission on the subject. The the pics of Lebron James one. Then the other one about JR Smith noted farkup. Then the one about the two Cavs players that might get suspended. And all of these should have been greenlit by noon.

This one from last night's thread still makes me laugh.

It's David Stern's fault for letting JR in on the script, which was the only reason he was in the lane, but then not telling him what to do once he got the ball.

Why do you have to constantly be an asshole to the Indianapolis community?  You hate it so much here and you hate the sports fans so much here so move back to wherever the fark you came from

As I've had to tell you possibly literally hundreds of times, love the city (might want to check the name Sparky) like watching the team once they got rid of chemistry killer PG ( who was the one that picked the Pacers to make the playoffs?) but yes Indianapolis is the worst sports fan base in the known universe, which is why no marquee free agent will ever come here.

And thank you for being a consistent example of your fan base.

Lt. Cheese Weasel: Nobody cares about the NBA.

The NBA's ratings are about triple that of the NHL, actually.

The conference finals are even more stark, with an average of 9 million (peaks of 14.8 million watching Rockets/Warriors and 13.3 million Cavs/Celtics), compared to just over 2 million for the NHL.

The threads might not get all that big on this tiny site, but the sport is doing just fine.

Atlanta fans are much worse than Indy fans.  If the Hawks left town there'd be a collective shrug in Atlanta

Atlanta fans are bad, but so are the Hawks, when you're the 4th best team in the East with the 4th worst attendance in the NBA, your fan base is just awful.

Atlanta fans were bad when the Hawks were good.  I saw them once, and I was more excited about it than they were.  Budenholzer is well rid of them

That's what he's saying...4th best team in the East and they still had one of the worst attendances in the leauge.

And Atlanta sports radio? Hot damn, it's bad.

Yeah I didn't get that at first.  The funny thing is that I can't imagine an Atlanta fan showing up in here and defending themselves, like Indy fans or even Sacramento fans.  I've lived all over the eastern half of the country, a year in Atlanta, and their fan apathy made me hope their teams lost.  Cities who care should get the wins
