Original Tweet:

He's still going to be a convicted felon.

2018-05-31 9:31:42 AM
No we won't.

2018-05-31 9:34:33 AM
Remember, you can only be pardoned for crimes you committed.

2018-05-31 9:34:34 AM
Donald Trump:  Takes out full page ads to urge the death penalty on the innocent, pardons the actually guilty.

2018-05-31 9:34:36 AM
This is why you need the death penalty.  Posthumous pardons don't have the same impact.

2018-05-31 9:34:56 AM
Trump sure is announcing loudly about pardoning people.  It's almost as if he's trying to send a message.

2018-05-31 9:34:59 AM
You'll have to pry that Convicted Felon nickname for him from his sweaty, graspy fingers.

Pardon for contempt of court.
Pardon for sex trafficking.
Pardon for campaign finance violations.

I am noticing a theme...

Marcus Aurelius: Trump sure is announcing loudly about pardoning people.  It's almost as if he's trying to send a message.

Do the crime, and he will make sure you don't do the time, as long as it makes him look good to the GOP base.

Why the fark does my country have a treaty with your country?

You do realise that all of this makes it easier for China (or Russia) to fill in the gaps right?

2018-05-31 9:36:50 AM
Someone tell Donnie a pardon just means "You're guilty, but it's cool now"

The fact that he's pardoning him for the crime of illegal campaign contributions, he is probably sending a message to Cohen.

2018-05-31 9:37:14 AM
This asshole needs to stroke out.

This is purely a distraction for something monumental that is about to drop.

It's also a signal to his donor base that he's got their backs when the inevitable evidence comes out.

Dump has been shiat-tweeting since Friday, almost nonstop, and even by his standards has become even more unhinged.

In his Comey firing tweet, he basically called himself a liar.

My guess is Kush and Half Scoop are about to be indicted on both Federal and State charges.

Pardoned Felon Dinesh DSouza still works.

Doesn't accepting a pardon requireadmitting guilt?
I think we had this conversation about some old asshat from Arizona.

2018-05-31 9:38:29 AM
I had to go look up what he was convicted of and what his sentence was.  Straw donor campaign contributions.  And he got 8 months in a halfway house and a $30K fine.

"I'm just relieved and want to thank the judge for imposing a fair sentence," D'Souza said after Tuesday's hearing.

But yeah, treated very unfairly.  Prosecutors were looking for 10-16 months in jail.

2018-05-31 9:38:31 AM
So at this point Trump just does whatever Stephen Miller tells him to do? I am beginning to wonder if he is the one who coined the phrase "stable genius".

2018-05-31 9:38:41 AM
He really likes to squirt these things out doesn't he.

2018-05-31 9:38:41 AM
How about "Improperly Pardoned Convicted Felon Dinesh DSouza"?

2018-05-31 9:38:55 AM
I hear Glenn Beck is getting pardoned for raping and murdering a girl in 1990.

Finally found a way to distract from his missing wife.

2018-05-31 9:39:20 AM
Can't we deport him first?

2018-05-31 9:39:29 AM
Does anyone remember when Obama was a Dictator who refused to follow the rule of law. Good times.

/I blame Kim Kardashian for this. She reminded him about his pardon powers

2018-05-31 9:39:36 AM
Convicted, confirmed, and admitted felon Dinesh D'Souza is too long though.

I'm leaning towards rank incompetence. Trump isn't going to magically become a master tactician over night.

There is an implied admission of guilt if you accept the pardon.

Did Dinesh D'Souza ever produce a VERIFIED Birth Certificate?

I watched a review of that on YouTube over the weekend and I think it actually had one cool idea done adequately.
A Klansman rode off the screen during a screening of Birth Of A Nation in the White House and onto the White House lawn.

Convicted felon, pardoned by Cheetolini, Dinesh D'Sousa

I've got to hand it to him, it was a great play to distract everyone from continuing to discuss where Melania might be.

Wasn't his guilty plea an admission of guilt too?

I have a few, but typing them would get me bannenated.

Lenny and Carl: Remember, you can only be pardoned for crimes you committed.

Not true. For example, President Trump could (and hell, might) issue you a pardon tomorrow for your murder of Former President George Washington. However, you have no obligation to accept such pardon, and unless you were facing serious threat of being tried and convicted on that charge would pretty much need to be an idiot to accept such.

Additionally, I think there's also been cases of individuals convicted of crimes and served their sentences who have received pardons subsequently when exculpatory evidence called the validity of the conviction into question. They didn't commit the crime, they were merely convicted of the crime.

2018-05-31 9:42:58 AM
Didn't make Dickbag Joe Arpaio any less of an asshole after he gave Trump a blow job was pardoned.

That's a tough one. We need to go to a judges ruling on that one.

I used to think that about the tweets and the lunatic proclamations, but I have come to realize this is his M.O. We are his reality show and it's always sweeps week. It's not a cover-up or a distraction, it's just a new plot twist.

Just wait until they introduce Cousin Oliver in year 3 of his administration.

2018-05-31 9:43:30 AM
There isn't any question of guilt as DSouza admitted guilt when he plead guilty.

2018-05-31 9:43:34 AM
From the article I linked above:

Prosecutors said D'Souza asked two friends and their spouses to contribute $10,000 each to Long's campaign and then reimbursed them.
Campaign finance regulations at the time limited individual donations to $5,000 maximum during an election cycle.

One friend was Denise Joseph, who was engaged to D'Souza while he was still married to another woman.

I'm LOLing at this, because he also got kicked out of his cushy college job over checking into a hotel with her while still married (although he said he and his wife had been separated for a couple years, so whatever).

Family values, baby!
